Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production line runs smoothly. Your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain bottling machinery, while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will monitor the casing process, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to keep the equipment in top shape. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machinery settings prior to production runs.
• Conduct detailed inspections of products before packaging.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training for skill enhancement.
• Implement quality assurance practices during production.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Document daily production activities and issues encountered.
• Prepare machinery for daily operations at the start of shifts.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages
