Grinding and Polishing Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Grinding and Polishing Worker to set up and run grinding machines. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of grinding methods, equipment, and safety procedures, and must have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual grinding machines including setup and calibration.
• Interpret technical drawings and provide input on production issues.
• Conduct thorough inspections of workpieces using calipers and micrometers.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Ensure all safety regulations and quality standards are adhered to.
• Keep accurate records of production levels and machine performance.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience with precision grinding and polishing tasks

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Quality Control: Previous experience in quality inspection in a machining environment.
