Responsibilities

• Set up and operate polishing and buffing machinery.
• Analyze finished products for compliance with specifications.
• Assist in training new team members on finishing processes.
• Document work processes and assist in maintaining quality control records.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in brass finishing or metalworking

Technical Skills

• Brass Finishing Techniques
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Advantageous

• CNC Machine Experience: Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus.
• Metalworking Knowledge: Understanding of various metalworking processes and materials.
