Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Mold Setters to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up molds for injection molding processes, ensuring they function perfectly. You'll make necessary adjustments to meet production goals while collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds for production by setting them up in machinery.
• Inspect molds for wear and defects, ensuring top-notch quality control.
• Adjust settings and parameters for optimal production performance.
• Quickly diagnose and rectify operational issues with molds.
• Work together with production staff to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of mold specifications and performance metrics.
• Implement regular cleaning and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Share knowledge and techniques with less experienced mold setters.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights on efficiency and production strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further education in engineering or manufacturing (preferred)

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Injection Molding Knowledge
• Technical Drawing Interpretation

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
