Responsibilities

• Perform color matching for various materials and products based on client specifications.
• Conduct analytical assessments of color consistency in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate color requirements.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all color formulations.
• Audit color quality throughout production processes to ensure standards are met.
• Assist in developing new color formulations based on market trends.
• Engage in continuous training to improve color matching skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate communication between production and design teams regarding color expectations.
• Assist in troubleshooting color discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead color matching operational meetings to enhance team collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
• Certification in Color Matching is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in color matching within a manufacturing setting.
