Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and calibrate plating machines according to production requirements.
• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications and quality feedback.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and supplies.
• Document production processes and results for compliance and reporting.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to machine performance.
• Respond quickly to machine malfunctions, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's degree in manufacturing technology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
