Job Description

We are seeking motivated Assemblers and Fabricators who will be pivotal in assembling electronic components. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install components in accordance with technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot assembly challenges and work collaboratively to find solutions.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure finished products meet the company's standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in training less experienced assemblers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in electronics or related field is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role

Certifications

• Safety Training Certification
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles: Knowledge of Lean techniques to improve production efficiency.
