Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery is in good working order before operations begin.
• Test machines and tools to verify functionality.

• Implement best practices for quality assurance and control.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks.
• Assist team leads with implementing production improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Stay updated on safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide feedback on potential improvements in the production process.
• Support a positive and productive work environment.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Six Sigma Principles: Experience with Six Sigma practices is a bonus.
• Previous Supervisory Experience: Experience in a lead role is advantageous.
