We are seeking a skilled Mass Spectroscopist to join our dynamic research team. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of mass spectrometry to identify and quantify chemical compounds in various samples. Responsibilities

• Execute mass spectrometry experiments to accurately quantify chemical compounds.
• Enhance and tailor mass spectrometry methods for specific research projects.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mass spectrometry equipment and software.
• Generate and interpret analytical reports based on mass spectrometry data.
• Engage with research teams to provide analytical insight into experimental design.
• Ensure a safe laboratory environment by adhering to all safety regulations.
• Manage documentation related to sample analysis and findings.
• Monitor technological trends in mass spectrometry to adapt best practices.
• Mentor interns or new employees on laboratory protocols and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience with mass spectrometry techniques
