Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Guest Associate to join our team in Orlando. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional customer service, welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience during their visit. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and your passion for people will help create memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly address their needs.
  • Provide detailed information about the services and amenities available.
  • Assist in handling guest feedback and complaints with a professional demeanor.
  • Ensure the guest area is always clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Handle all payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Work in tandem with colleagues to optimize guest interactions.
  • Market special deals and promotions when conversing with guests.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge to educate guests.
  • Facilitate prompt responses to guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Implement company standards to foster a welcoming environment.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar customer service role is an asset.
