As a Gate Attendant, you will manage the flow of vehicles and visitors at our security checkpoints. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a secure environment by verifying identities, monitoring traffic, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Control access and egress at the gates to ensure safety.
Provide assistance and information to visitors in a courteous manner.
Document incidents and maintain accurate reporting logs.
Evaluate conditions and report maintenance issues at access points.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Keep abreast of safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Participate in training sessions to enhance security knowledge.
Assist in developing protocols to improve entry efficiency.
Handle cash or tickets if applicable for specific events.
Ensure the gate area remains clean and orderly.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in gate or access control
