• Enhance product longevity through quality workmanship.
• Respond to customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
• Keep up with new techniques and trends in leather repair.
• Participate in training and development sessions.
• Assist with inventory management of supplies and tools.
• Document completed repairs and customer preferences.
• Work harmoniously with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all repairs comply with quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• On-the-job training or apprenticeship preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in shoe repair or related field

Technical Skills

• Leather crafting
• Industrial sewing machine operation

Languages
