Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Nickel Plater to join our dedicated metal finishing team. In this role, you will be crucial in applying nickel plating to a variety of metal products, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of quality and durability. Your expertise will be essential in operating specialized equipment and following precise techniques. Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces for effective nickel plating.
• Utilize electroplating techniques to apply nickel layers to diverse products.
• Regularly monitor and tweak plating parameters for optimal performance.
• Perform inspections on plated items to assure top-notch quality.
• Care for and conduct maintenance on all plating apparatus.
• Ensure the workspace is clean and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Collaborate across teams to innovate and enhance plating processes.
• Keep detailed records of plating activities.
• Promote adherence to industry standards and practices.
• Assist in the training of new employees on plating techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training or certification in electroplating is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in nickel plating processes
