Job Description

We are seeking skilled Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to operate and maintain textile machines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the machines are set up correctly and running smoothly throughout the production cycle.
• Identify machine malfunctions and perform necessary troubleshooting or repairs.
• Keep detailed records of production data and machine performance.
• Work with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Assist in the training of new operators on machine settings and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in textile engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar textile machinery role
