We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will lead the planning and execution of our supply chain operations, ensuring that all processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our corporate goals. This role will require strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate and select freight carriers based on cost and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgeting for supply chain operations.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Implement sustainability initiatives within the supply chain framework.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with a focus on supply chain optimization
