Job Description

As a Print Binding and Finishing Worker, you will operate and maintain folding machines, ensuring printed materials are folded and finished to the required specifications. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess mechanical skills, and work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate various folder machines, ensuring high output quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
• Identify and resolve any issues during the folding and finishing processes.
• Implement best practices in machine maintenance and safety.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires on machine operation techniques.
• Assist in inventory management of materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience operating a folder machine in a production environment
