Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field highly preferred

Experience

• 5 years' experience in supervision of manufacturing assembly lines

Technical Skills

• Production planning software

• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Production Technician (CPT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience with Lean Six Sigma projects: Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations: Understanding OSHA regulations and promoting workplace safety.
