Job Description

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our customer service team. Your role is pivotal to ensuring that we deliver exceptional service while efficiently resolving customer issues and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer support operations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing staff education.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated customer issues with urgency.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for team improvement.
  • Promote teamwork and create a supportive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to customer service protocols and quality standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts within the customer service department.
  • Liaise with management to report on team performance and opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to customer service reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles, including supervisory experience.
