Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality signs that align with client specifications.
• Utilize design software to create digital mock-ups for client approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment during production.
• Maintain organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance sign aesthetics.
• Provide recommendations for materials and techniques based on project requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
• Train new team members on sign-making processes and equipment.
• Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist with marketing efforts to showcase sign-making services.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or related field

Technical Skills

• Large-format printers
• CorelDRAW

Soft Skills

• Customer service
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Graphic Design Software Certification
• Sign Maker certification (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
