Dynamic Finance Group is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills, and will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data to make informed lending decisions.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the loan application process.
• Monitor loan performance and maintain communication with clients post-approval.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure timely loan processing.
• Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads and client interactions.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote new loan products.
• Attend networking events to foster professional connections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• MBA or a related advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in loan origination or financial services
