Job Description

We are looking for an Airfield Operations Specialist who is proactive and customer-oriented. This role involves managing passenger check-ins, facilitating efficient boarding processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out check-in duties while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
• Facilitate the boarding process and communicate relevant information to passengers.
• Assist passengers with any inquiries or requests in a customer-friendly manner.
• Document and verify all passenger-related documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with team members to streamline baggage and boarding operations.
• Keep the airport environment clean and organized at all times.
• Assist passengers with disabilities or those requiring special assistance.
• Oversee lost luggage claims and help passengers with their inquiries.
• Follow all emergency protocols and assist during emergency situations.
• Continuously update knowledge of airline operations and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service training or certification preferred

Experience

• Experience in airport operations or related fields is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Flight reservation systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with security equipment: Familiarity with airport scanning and security measures is preferred.
• Understanding of customs procedures: Knowledge of customs and immigration processes is a plus.
