Job Description

The Bucket Turner is a vital role within our manufacturing team, responsible for turning buckets at specified intervals to ensure smooth production processes. You will collaborate with your teammates to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency. Your attention to detail and safety adherence will contribute significantly to our company's success.

Responsibilities

• Rotate buckets to facilitate various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Conduct quality checks to identify defects in buckets.
• Perform routine maintenance on production machinery.
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of buckets during the process.
• Work with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work area in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Document production output and report discrepancies.
• Assist in the onboarding of new team members.
• Participate in team meetings to improve production practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing role.

Languages
