Responsibilities

• Shaping and curling brims according to design specifications accurately.
• Using steam and heat shaping methods to achieve desired results.
• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Conducting regular quality checks on finished products.
• Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Assisting in training new team members in brim curling techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in using various curling techniques for different hat styles preferred
