House Superintendent

Job Description

As a House Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing residential construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction processes and ensure all tasks are executed properly.
• Liaise between clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Create and maintain timetables for project milestones.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to minimize risks.
• Monitor construction costs and implement corrective measures when necessary.
• Ensure all construction work is compliant with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Certification in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction management

• Project Management Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
