Job Description

The Methods Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing efficient manufacturing methods and processes to meet production goals and enhance productivity. This role involves close collaboration across departments to ensure that all processes are executed smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production processes to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct analysis to reduce production costs without compromising quality.
• Implement lean principles for sustainable manufacturing practices.
• Support production teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Regularly update documentation related to manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on new product implementations.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on improved processes.
• Participate in safety audits and implementation of corrective actions.
• Evaluate new technologies that could improve production efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing improvement projects

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control
• CAD Software

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
