Job Description

As a dam tender, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of various dams and reservoirs. Your role is crucial in ensuring the structural integrity and efficiency of these critical infrastructures, providing water management and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise dam construction and repair projects.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and maintain effective safety protocols and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in dam maintenance practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in civil engineering or related field with dam construction experience
