Responsibilities

• Wrap and seal cigars using precision techniques.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Ensure a tidy workspace and assist in maintaining equipment.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams for optimal production.
• Help train new team members on proper wrapping techniques.
• Engage in regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate actively in safety training sessions.
• Keep track of production outputs and assist in reporting.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors regarding workflow issues.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Technical Skills

• Cigar-Making Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills

Languages

• Spanish: Conversational

Advantageous

• Bilingual in Spanish and English: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Experience with Quality Control Processes: Knowledge of inspection and quality assurance techniques in manufacturing.
