Job Description

As a Multifamily Project Manager, you will oversee various multifamily projects from inception to completion. Your role is crucial in ensuring successful project delivery within budget and time constraints while upholding the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
