Job Description
We are actively seeking a Residential Advisor to lead our residential community. You will focus on managing property operations, nurturing resident relations, and organizing community engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the residential community.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and vendors.
Oversee leasing and rent collection efforts.
Maintain property appearance and ensure timely repairs.
Create and manage community events and activities to enhance resident engagement.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Generate reports on property performance.
Supervise on-site staff and address any personnel issues.
Manage the community budget and expenditures.
Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
Experience
2-3 years of experience in property management or a related field
