Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans to ensure proper assembly.
• Assemble and position concrete formwork accurately.
• Inspect assembled structures for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Repair and maintain concrete forms and related equipment.
• Conduct site safety inspections and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and trainees.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure effective communication within the team to promote collaborative work.

Advantageous

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects: Familiarity with the complexities of larger projects is highly beneficial.
• Additional certification or training in construction-related areas: Additional training would enhance project efficiency.
• Experience operating heavy machinery: Hands-on experience with machinery operation is preferred.
