Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to operate and maintain grinding and polishing machines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of quality metal components with a keen focus on detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to guarantee machine integrity.
• Support inventory management of consumables and materials.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in metalworking or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal burnishing or a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Experience with automated burnishing processes
• Advanced measuring techniques

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Certification in Surface Finishing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software: Ability to interpret technical drawings using CAD tools.
• Familiarity with ISO standards: Understanding of quality control procedures and regulations.
