Responsibilities
Operate multiple Hydrotel machines to maintain optimal production levels.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste.
Report discrepancies and suggest improvements to management.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Assist in inventory management and supply chain processes.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical training in manufacturing or industrial equipment is a plus
Experience
1-2 years of experience operating and maintaining machinery
