Job Description

As an Ager Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and upkeep of specialized ager machines, ensuring that materials are processed to meet our high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the aging process of materials using ager machines.
• Ensure consistent product quality by conducting tests and samples.
• Maintain communication with the production team regarding machine performance and output.
• Implement maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Prior experience as an Ager Operator or similar role preferable
• Knowledge of textile production processes is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a textile environment.

Technical Skills

• Quality control tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina

Languages

• English: Fluent
