Job Description

As a Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of foot-controlled presses and machinery to ensure the production of high-quality components. This role involves setting up equipment, monitoring operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run foot presses and monitor the production line for efficiency.
• Ensure that all safety equipment is functioning correctly before operation.
• Identify and rectify any issues with machine setups promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Engage in cross-training with other operators as needed.
• Evaluate production techniques and suggest improvements.
• Report any mechanical failures or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in machine operation or manufacturing

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a related role.
