Responsibilities

• Support the loading machine operator in the efficient operation of loading machinery.
• Ensure timely and safe transfer of materials between loading zones.
• Conduct regular inspections on equipment to identify any maintenance needs.
• Follow set safety guidelines to protect oneself and fellow workers.
• Maintain a tidy and efficient work environment to support operations.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on materials before and during loading.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Participate in regular safety trainings and meetings.
• Handle tools and machinery as per guidelines and operational standards.
• Stay alert to any potential hazards in the work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license preferred

Experience

• Experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
