Job Description

As a Morning News Anchor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality news reports and conducting interviews on our morning news show. We seek a dynamic candidate who thrives in front of the camera and has a deep understanding of journalism ethics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of news segments during morning broadcasts.
  • Create engaging content and conduct compelling interviews.
  • Prepare and edit news scripts for accuracy and clarity.
  • Coordinate with the production team for seamless broadcasts.
  • Foster relationships with key sources to enhance news coverage.
  • Maintain awareness of trends and topical issues in the news.
  • Promote ethical journalism practices among the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Broadcasting, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Journalism or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a news anchor or reporter
