Job Description

We are currently seeking a Medical and Health Services Manager to oversee our Emergency Medical Services (EMS) operations. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of EMS personnel.
  • Create and maintain operational budgets for the EMS department.
  • Develop training programs to enhance skill sets of EMS staff.
  • Handle patient complaints and coordinate resolutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with emergency management agencies for disaster preparedness.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance programs and audits.
  • Advise on the development of emergency response protocols to enhance patient safety.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medical Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in emergency medical services administration and management.
