Responsibilities
Build rapport with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
Utilize therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client.
Coordinate with healthcare providers for integrated patient care.
Contribute to staff training and development efforts.
Participate in community outreach and mental health awareness programs.
Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust interventions as necessary.
Requirements
Education
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques are preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience working with diverse populations
