Job Description

Our practice is looking for a Clinical Psychologist to contribute to our mission by treating patients with emotional and psychological challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers for integrated patient care.
• Contribute to staff training and development efforts.
• Participate in community outreach and mental health awareness programs.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust interventions as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with diverse populations

Technical Skills

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Motivational Interviewing

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Clinical Neuropsychology Certification
• Certified in Trauma-Focused Therapy

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in telepsychology: Comfortable providing mental health services through virtual platforms.
