Job Description

We are seeking a talented Broadcast Technician who is passionate about sound engineering to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio equipment for various live events and recordings, ensuring high-quality sound output.

Responsibilities

• Set up audio systems and ensure proper functioning before events.
• Troubleshoot audio issues on-site to maintain audio quality.
• Work with team members to achieve desired sound during live events.
• Perform quality checks on all equipment before and after each use.
• Document equipment maintenance and setups for future reference.
• Assist in training junior technicians on equipment usage.
• Maintain an organized inventory of audio equipment.
• Provide feedback on audio performance to improve future productions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification in audio engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Broadcast Technician or similar role
