Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakelite Molder to join our team. As a Bakelite Molder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various mold machines and equipment, producing high-quality Bakelite products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Bakelite molding, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the molding process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records of production output.
• Assist in developing new molding techniques and processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Provide feedback to management on equipment performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Bakelite molding operations or similar

Technical Skills

• Bakelite molding machinery
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in high-speed production environments: Familiarity with working in a fast-paced production environment is beneficial.
• Lean manufacturing techniques: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
