Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Career Discovery Teacher to facilitate career exploration activities and individual counseling. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the learning experience for students on their career paths.

Responsibilities

  • Create lesson plans focused on essential job skills and career readiness.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars on various career topics, including soft skills and professional development.
  • Establish connections with local businesses to promote student internships and job shadowing opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship to students and guide them on their career journeys.
  • Monitor student engagement and provide support as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in education or career counseling
