Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of multiple sewing machines simultaneously.
• Ensure proper assembly and finishing of fabric products.
• Identify defects in materials or finished goods and initiate corrective actions.
• Support the production team in meeting deadlines through efficient sewing practices.
• Update job logs with production and quality data accurately.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and obstacles.
• Utilize various sewing techniques as required by project specifications.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain tools safely.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile management or garment production is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of sewing experience in a manufacturing environment
