Responsibilities

• Install and align glass panels according to manufacturer specifications.
• Test vehicle glass for proper installation and seal integrity.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed explanations of services.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Train junior technicians on safe practices and company procedures.
• Assist in inventory management of glass and related materials.
• Prepare detailed reports on installation and repair activities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced certification in automotive glass technology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the automotive glass industry
