Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join our team in Philadelphia. In this role, you will dispense prescriptions, provide patient consultations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacology and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate prescriptions and process them according to professional standards.
  • Educate patients about over-the-counter medications and supplements.
  • Assist in the formulation of clinical guidelines for medication use.
  • Engage in patient outreach programs to promote medication adherence.
  • Prepare and compound medications as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Experience
  • 2-4 years of pharmacy experience preferred
