Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Agate Setter to join our skilled team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting and polishing agates, contributing to high-quality jewelry production while collaborating closely with designers.

Responsibilities

• Set gemstones and agates in jewelry according to design specifications.
• Use various tools and machinery for cutting and polishing agate stones.
• Ensure the quality of each piece through meticulous inspection.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Train and mentor junior staff in agate setting techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project timelines and updates.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or apprenticeship in jewelry making is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in agate setting or similar field.
