The Real Estate Administrator plays a vital role in our organization, overseeing various administrative tasks within our real estate operations. This includes managing customer inquiries, tracking rental agreements, and liaising with tenants and property owners to ensure seamless communication.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative duties in the real estate department, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property management needs.
  • Participate in team meetings to enhance communication and streamline operations in real estate projects.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Real estate certification or license preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for business applications.

  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions.
