Pile Driver Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pile Driver Operator to join our team. As part of our construction crew, you'll be responsible for operating heavy machinery to install piles accurately and safely. This role requires a strong ability to follow safety protocols and plans to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure proper pile placement.
• Conduct inspections on pile driver machinery before and after use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to improving site safety practices.
• Manage material deliveries and ensure they meet project specifications.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working on larger construction projects is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Heavy Machinery Operation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Welding or fabrication skills: Experience with metal fabrication or welding is beneficial.
• Ability to operate bulldozers or excavators: Skills in operating additional heavy machinery can enhance project efficiency.
