Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Coin, Vending, and Amusement Machine Servicer to maintain and repair our range of machines across various locations. This role is crucial to ensuring that our customers enjoy uninterrupted access to services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vending and amusement machines are clean, functioning, and well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting patrons with machine use.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot any technical problems.
• Prepare reports on machine usage and maintenance for management.
• Collaborate with team members to implement efficiency improvements.
• Maintain all necessary documentation and records for cash collections and machine servicing.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Languages
