Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our Raleigh team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in account management and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop account strategies to grow existing client revenue.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project status.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate product value.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams.
  • Track and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • MBA is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in account management

Languages
