Job Description

As a Plant Superintendent, you will oversee daily operations of our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing production processes to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of production including maintenance and quality control.
• Train and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Assess production schedules and adjust to meet client demands.
• Implement cost-saving measures within production processes.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory.
• Compile and present operational reports to upper management.
• Lead budget planning and financial forecasting.
• Suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness in plant operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Experience

• 5+ years experience in a leadership position in production.
